*Sonnet*
When morning sunbeams dance upon my face
And night's dark veil is lifted from my sight
The world awakens from its silent space
And all around, new life takes flight
The stars fade out, and in their place
The radiant sun shines bright and bold
The gentle breeze whispers secrets in my ear
And all my heart's desires begin to unfold
But then I think of thee, my love so dear
And all my heart is filled with love's pure fire
The world, with all its beauty, fades to fear
Compared to thee, my love, my heart's desire
So let me bask in love's sweet, golden light
And cherish every moment of our night.
