HISTORY ON THE RADAR : THE NIGERIAN LEADERSHIP Part one

                 

Nigerian got independence  in 1960 and the new nation was born and today is  the most powerful  ,richest and the biggest economy in Africa and the biggest black nation on earth .A lot  has happened  in more than a century  of nation building yet the strategic ideals of nationhood is far from being achieved .Inspite of the challenges the nation has emerged even stronger much against the speculation of a possible break up from external aggression ,international conspiracies and the mutiny of the fifth columnists .In this chapter ,we review the checkered antecedence of the Nigerian leadership profiles right from independence till this date .This critiques the nature and the direction of leadership  generations  in general  its challenges and the solution required to revisit the Nigerian project  abandoned long ago perhaps from the first republic .Enjoy the reading .

                                      A Review Of Nigerian Leadership Antecedence -1960-2014

                                       Tafawa Balewa.

Right from independence the challenges facing leadership has not been that easy and the mantle of leadership of course has fallen on average Nigerian like us   At the dawn  of the new nation,  Tafawa Balewa became the first prime minister  .As a common Nigerian of northern extraction during the colonial era he was trained as teacher  and became a political appointee in 1952 as a minister of works .He later served as minister of transport and was elected in 1957 was instrumental to the formation of a coalition government between the northern peoples forum-NPC and the national council of Nigerian and Cameroons –NCNC later known as national council of Nigerian citizens –NCNC led by Nnamdi Azikiwe .In a military coup on January 15, 1966, the Balewa  was overthrown  and killed including his old companion –Ahmadu Bello and several leaders .Six days after his murder his body was thrown at the roadside near Lagos .He was buried in Bauchi and Tafawa Balewa university was named in his honour .

                                           Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe

On November 16 , 1904,Zik of Africa as popularly known  was born  in Newi and died 1996 at the university of Nsuka teaching hospital , Enugu.He was one of the nation ‘s leading lights of the nation’s nationalist struggles showed patriotic vigour  and adorned our five hundred notes like a colossus ,espoused the African nationalism liberation that set the pace for freedom of countries like South Africa and produced distant mentee like Nelson Mandela –the later hero  of Anti partheid movement in South Africa emulated in other nationalistic struggles.Little wonder ,the moniker of ‘Zik Of Africa ‘had come to stay that depicted the historical colossus and by far  the greatest singular impact and influence a Nigerian leader   has had on the African continent.He got his master  from Abraham Lincoln University in Penysylvania in U.S.and later became an instructor in the same University .He joined the African Morning Post in Accra ,Ghana as Editor .With this strategic tool of Journalism ,he was able to drive his liberation policies and ideologies such as regisomentos etc –a platform that he efficiently used well to earn the moniker . He became a leading light in the Nigerian Journalism beginning with his various publications such as defunct west African Pilot and a host of others in his stable-the Zik Group of Newspapers across the country.He had a successful  political career  and a great contributor to the nationalistic struggles that led to the formation of national council of Nigerian Citizens which he co-founded alongside Herbert Macauley –the pioneer nationalist in the country .He was selected into colonial legislative council of Nigeria in 1947 and   by 1951 became a leader of opposition to the government of Obafemi Awolowo in the then western house of Assembly .He was premier of the eastern region in 1954 and by 1960 ,Zik of  Africa born in 1900 in Zungeru in the northern region became the 1^st senate president in the country.

                             JTU AGUIYI IRONSI

Between  1924 and 1966 – a Nigerian of Igbo extraction was born and lived and a strong political figure with uncommon touch, transformed his nation and polity .Johnson  Thomas Unmunakwe Aguiyi   Ironsi ,on January  16, 1966 became the President of Federal republic of Nigeria .He was murdered in a coup perpetrated on July 29,1966.The Nigerian first military president was born in 1924 in Umuahia ,Abia State and later joined the Nigerian army in 1942 and became a major general in 1964 . On that fateful day in 1966 ,he was murdered in broaddaylight alongside Adekunle Fajuyi  on a visit to the ancient city of Ibadan by Kaduna Nzeogwu and the northern led cabals.

                  GENERAL YAKUBU GOWON

General Gowon is the youngest president to rule Nigeria at the age of 27 became the head  of State contrary to 32,38 and 48 years recorded by Obasanjo,Murtala and Ebele Jonathan respectively .He was overthrown by blood thirsty colleagues after spending 9 years in government . He took over government by means of coup d’etat in 1966 and successfully kept government  and the country together during the civil war of 1967 to 1970 in which about 3.5 million Igbos were massacred .The war responded  to  the aftermath of regional tension that built up in from January and July 1966 coups .As a vdevout Christian he hails from kanke local government of Plateau State –a successful careerist prior to becoming the head of State of his great country . Between 1960-61 and then in  1963  as part of united nations  peacekeeping force also fought in Congo, Zaire .During his nine year tenure as head of state,beside national development plans that facilitated unprecedented national infrastructural development  ,he was credited with creation of 12 states including Lagos –the nation’s capital and expansion of civil service .He started and implemented the first two national development plans before the civil war .

          GENERAL MURTALA MUHAMED

General murtala muhamed was responsible for the responsible for the successful coup that deposed the Gowon regime on July 29 ,1975 in partnership with fellow young soldiers who desired to return the nation  to democratic rule .Muhamed like Danjuma , Yar’adua opposed the  regime of Aguiyi Ironsi .He was a brigadier when he took over government and later a general .As a northern muslim of hausa stock , he was trained as  a military academy in Sandhurst,U.K. and became a great commander of federal field forces and played a prominent role in the dangerous northern cabal that unleashed a bloody  1966 coup which fell Ironsi. In a reprisal , however he was killed on February 13,1976 after his vehicle was ambushed by fellow soldiers like Dimka in an abortive coup.He was succeeded by his chief of staff –Olusegun Obasanjo  who completed the political time table for the transfer of power to the Civilians .Murtala portrait adorns the nation’s 20 naira notes .

In the succeeding pages we explore Obasanjo legacies more elaborately and the successive democractic regimes since 1999 .But before that we briefly summarise the successive regimes from Shagari era -2^nd republic until 1999 as noted below .In this elaboration , the achievements  of each government in the nation’s history  are juxtaposed to determine the best President Nigeria ever had  or the top three.

                                         ALHAJI SHEHU SHAGARI

Alhaji Shehu Shagari was born in the Shagari village area of Sokoto State on February 25 ,1925 .He became the first  most popularly elected president of the country following the introduction of Presidential system in 1979 .Shagari rose from obscurity into national prominence after hand over of government from the military caretaker government of Olusegun Obasanjo.This altered once again the nation’s political history and a new beginning that flagged off the second republic .He was formerly a teacher before venturing into politics in 1954 as elected member of federal  house of reps .As a continuation of 3^rd national development plans ,the 4^th national development plan took off and focused on industry ,Agriculture, large scale housing program like the Shagari estate , transportation etc ,the completion of Delta Steel in 1982 and massive investment were made in Ajaokuta Steel  complex and Steel rolling mills .In an attempt to protect the country austerity measures and economic stabilization programme were introduced .This was oriented to bridge the gap or shortfall in oil revenue due to the slump in world oil market of the 70s .The coup that followed in 1983 brought down that government ..

                             MUHAMED BUHARI

Muhammed Buhari –a Fulani and a devout muslim who hails from Katsina State and born in December 17, 1942 took the nation by storm in 1983 to become the new head of State of his great country. He shot to limelight as the governor of newly created northeastern Nigerian State. In 1975 he became the minister of petroleum and national resources. Under General Olusegun Obasanjo  in 1977 ,he headed the Nigerian national Petroleum Corporation  and  with the exit of 2^nd republic which the masterminded together  with Tunde Idiagbon  as deputy and chief of Staff assumed the mantle of leadership  on December 31^st ,1983 after a successful coup d’etat by the high rank and file of the military forces .He initiated campaign against indiscipline-WAI during the shortlived regime .He had contested elections three times under the current era of  democractic dispensations.First under the All Nigerian Peoples Party-ANPP in 2003 and 2007  and later in 2011 under congress for progressive change –CPC .He was  branded as serial loser having lost in all attempts to people democractic party –PDP.\

               GENERAL IBRAHIM BABANGIDA

He was born in 1941 in Minna ,Niger State .He introduced the concept of military presidency and the ideology of political debate into the nation’s political governance lexicon .He was popular both as a villain and a hero to some when he adopted world bank introduced  Structural Adjustment Programme –SAP into the country on July ,1986. He bruled for eigth years and his tenure was truncated by political transition programme rather than outright hand over to popularly elected democractic government .He was deposed by popular will after the annulment of June 12 , 1993 election adjudged as the freest and fairest election in the nation’s history .

 

                                       CHIEF ERNEST   SHONEKAN                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

Ernest Shonekan   was a leading CEO of UAC and  Nigeria in general  in the 90s ,born on May 9, 1936 as Ernest Adegunle Oladeinde Shonekan  in Lagos.As a British educated   Lawyer and  industrialist ,he was appointed as interim President of Nigeria in the political transition programme of former president Ibrahim Babangida .The administration lasted barely three months after it was overthrown by the palace coup of General  Sani Abacha in which he was forcefully resigned by the new regime .This further undermined approach needed to strengthen the democractic institutions in the country.

                       GENERAL SANI ABACHA

He lived between September 20, 1943 and June 1998 and was the president of Nigeria between 1993 to 1998 –a devout muslim of northern Kanuri extraction .Prior to becoming the head of state  and commander-in-chief of the armed forces ,during the IBB regime ,he was the chief of staff of that administration in 1988 and later  minister of defence in 1990 .It is on good  record that he was instrumental to the coup that brought down the Buhari regime .He took the country to the highest level of dictatorship with human right abuses second to none ,the peak of which was the murder of human right activist –Ken Saro wiwa and the Ogoni -9 .It was speculated to have been poisoned or  died through heart attack or overdose of viagra .Without any autopsy ,he was buried the same day .

   GENERAL ABDULSALAMI ABUBAKAR 

Abdulsalami was born on June 13,1942 but became Nigerian President in 1988 to complete the political transition programe and hand over to democractic regime .His wife Fatima was a high court Judge and was almost 56 years old on June 13 when he became the commander in chief of the armed forces after the death of brutal dictator  . His notable achievement was the strengthening of democractic institutions and completed  the hand over to civil rule in May,1999.  With a credible constitution of 1999 ,the Nigerian nation entered into a new era with a successful election

OUR GOLDEN DESTINY

                                                   INTRODUCTION

                                    

The destiny of the nation lies in the hands of its  people .The reproach of a nation is the abuse of the destiny of its people and a sacrilege to the sworn oath and dignity of human existence .Therefore the glory of man is the fulfillment of his destiny –the very dignity of human existence .It is pointblank to believe destiny  can never be betrayed ,hindered,delayed and defaulted once discovered .Similarly it cannot be disputed that the very solubility of hardy climate lies in the fulfillment of destiny and the maintenance of the integrity of destiny .It is a poisoned chalice to believe so otherwise .

Everyone has a lot to offer in life and a slot granted in life to every human persons and that slot is the destiny of man –the very start and star  in every man without which a man is useless and life completely meaningless. Take it or leave it –that is the gospel truth .Why then are many suffocated and their stars meant for stardom sinking and destined ,primed and timed or computerized to fail? So it is simple and can be linked to  a slot not discovered making it  a wasted life and unprofitable lifetime.What is the profit of a man if a life he lived is a meaningless debris and for every meaningless life a lot more potentially precious souls are dragged into similar mud –a bad deterrent for good mores .To use our slot more effectively is to live by example and be a luminary for the gullible human persons in our society .

We are not what we are ,we are not what we are supposed to be until this slot has been uncovered and what we ought to be is what we are supposed to be once the slot is uncovered .Am I using my slot ?Are you using your slot ?I doubt we are ;for if we do ,the world would have been a better place long ,long long ago .It is pretty dismal that the world has come crashing down this way and opportunity bracket sinking in an alarming increase in the population of shambolic lifetime- trends.We are brought down to this lowest ebb as a result of this missing link-our inability to uncover our slots talk less of paying  its cumulative debt and assuming the roles and responsibilities granted by mothernature to every homosapien in their own generation .Taking up this responsibility having identified them indicates erosion  and stagnation of  this missing link ,giving us opportunity to fully harness our hidden golden destiny .Now let’s move on-to  take up the slot is as uncovering your purpose or discovering your destiny .It ‘s pretty simple.

Truly destined souls are spellbound,spendthrift-less and bombastic elements of a stickler .They are enthused by the discovery of their identity so to say colloquially . As the very star and the glory of man that many failed to uncover ,it cannot be hidden however from those who know its optimal value .Once you get hold of that ambition and vision ,you are not far away ,soaking  your burning cheeks for fiery dreams . This is possible only when you discover your destiny .It is the very essence of mankind .Our human value is  equivalent  to this discovery upon which we can affordably and prestigiously over time grow our self esteem .Otherwise building up self esteem without this platform amounts to self –fluke and a perennially derogatory human dignity. In this context true identity that is possible only here is equiproportional to the integrity of human person and the very glory of mankind .

Our destiny speaks volume about the integrity of our nation and the very goodwill of  the people and the way we go about achieving them .We are planted as earthlings to discover our purpose and the purpose lies in our ability to uncover  our stars –discover our destinies .To raise our capability with it and to begin the mission having formulated our goals and objectives and the vision and mission statement in addition to ambition needed to support the ministry that is saddled with the responsibility of belaboring  the tasky voyage and mission into fulfillment .

The discovery of destiny is the very or most practical step  to achieve our goals in life.Infact ,a far greater horde of challenge is our ability to nurture them through the twist and turns of hardy climate. That requires functional passion ,  enthusiasm and abiding faith and a host of core values that can stand the test of time and strengthen our hold and golden resolve .We are all in the ministry and race of meaningful existence and failure belongs to those who fail to realize their true essence in life .The main catalyst of a successful ministry and the purpose of pursuit deployed in the actualization of this destiny in summary is the level of faith exuded in the mission .Its vivacity is the very breath  of destiny and is quite an uphill task when compared to the discovery of our golden destiny   and what we are meant to do ,what we stand for and what we can do with quintessential resources at our disposal  and boundless potentials credited us as per capital as earthlings .Those who underestimate  its potentials often die out at this 3^rd state .The first state requires a sharp acumen  to discover   our purpose-our  very identity  as a people .The second stage mobilizes all resources  at our disposal to achieve it .

Most visions and ambitions tied to destinies die out a natural death  at this stage .Now , let’s move to third stage .It may not be easy to climb this success ladder and often a challenge for successful people and very difficult to maintain such status or what they have achieved .Managing corporate stardom identity-their very trademark  is often a challenge-a big shoe that the poor cannot wear .It takes a lot of not just hard work but smart work to stay on top of the ladder .The third stage requires radical adoption of maintenance and survival strategy –MSS].Those who hardly maintain their stand on top of the ladder are tormented rather by MSS Setback Syndrome –MASSY ].Understanding these stages  and  their  psychosocio-ecological importance in the life of every  pursuit artist would go along way to help man devise easy-get-away strategy that helps aid climbing of the ladder and the maintenance of the top status  without blinking an eye or spinning head on a vertigo .In this way , they are sure of battling the syndrome to a standstill.

In some of my motivational tips ,we share and touch the first two stages ,here we touch the last stage and what we can do to stay on top .Since it requires only three steps to get to the top  ,the fourth ladder  include or the head –the top of the ladder requires the extra-competence for the serving  artists .It is necessary to observe that a given knowledge bandwidth or a set of ideologues  deployed including targets,action plans and vision and  mission statements  and used in the first stages ought to be expunged for the convergence of new ideologues and core values  to help successful artist fight the syndrome .Anything short or less gives less upper hand   drive down competence of the artist in question . Is the same as saying priorities and plans change as artist grows on the ladder .

This newer  set of ideologues and vision of survival should be more than competitive and which requires more than competitive benchmark  to maintain lead  .That means -If you are or your competitor  or next competitors operating in the same industry  set a new target and you are aware or knew it is a fact I think selling higher target is the key. But what if other competitors find out ,they might be  forced by the same pride in you to increase or raise their target .Sure ,but once you know that it is important to set  two or three targets and make the first but least of the new target public that make it publicly  low if possible even  below that of your competitors and  make the remnants private but with higher targets and known only to you .In this way you can stay  above the competition and can become your most powerful trade secret.How do you get data or information from other competitors in the industry for you to set those higher , hidden ,thorough and convincing  targets ?This requires deep competitors’ and competitive intelligence

Another way  to battle MSS Syndrome  is to be competitive and keep raising your capability to the limit .Already this is common among successful artists ,businesses and determined people in general .But with a caveat to discover more unusual technologies  taking the industry by storm and surprise to competitors ,introducing  cutting edge products  to outmaneuver  competitors  that would take years for them to catch up .In the business  and great commerce of  artistic capacity  building , winning strategies cannot be shortchanged for anything .The maintenance of waning competencies  in a survival led strategy enterprise that is also poised to battle the syndrome would be a great disservice to the possible upsurge of newer technology  which could be counterproductive to the general welfare of such enterprise .

Climbing the success ladder  may not be that easy  as some thought ,maintenance is equally an excruciating pain in the neck of pursuit or ambitious artists .No one knows  what to do to fire the first salvo and hardly can anyone determine or tell  the outcome of cannonade nor its peculiar filigree .Our destiny tells the true story about us –it is our corporate stardom identity-CSI to the outside world If well exploited is the golden resource by its applied and tested effects  that later becomes man’s legacy long after a lifetime or the exit of its carrier .Even though man dies ,destiny never dies whether fulfilled or not becomes history and the legacy of the carrier never dies .In true sense discovered destiny worked out left behind and attained becomes a lasting legacy .

The destiny  of  mankind  is mystically tied to the forces of mother nature and nature respectively  as the destiny of every man is tied to the destiny of every man .Man is a keeper of his neighbor and the mantle of salvation of every man is interred in every man .Your asset is your neighbor even as you  are the asset and liability of your neighbor .The society is reproached when we are at loggerheads  with this objective axiom that civilized but belligerent people tends to lampoon. We are not immuned from the predicament of our neighbors and the eventuality or fatality of times that ties us together  and we can be equally as lucky as our fellow man .Therefore ,the  disaster of every man is ingrained in the disaster of every man .Man as gregarious flocks of animal ought to live and tread with caution with whatever it does –an aberration in modern society .No man is safe until his neighbor is safe and no man can have true rest with eyes closed until his neighbor has successfully done so .It is an understatement or the biggest litote of the century or the millennia to assume otherwise .In this context ,  universal  safety  is impossible .Our destiny is tied together irrespective of differences in custom ,race ,tribe and diverse cultural ,geographical and demographical barrier and we cannot escape this inalienable fact of human existence  .It is an incontrovertible truth that history and ages have failed to decipher .We cannot be deceived our salvation lies in the unity of mankind .

The word ‘destiny ‘ is theoretically and practically misconstrued and strategically a general ministry of man and an established natural law of meaningful human existence .It is devised  for problem solving  and human ability to help his fellow man surmount challenges including his society  of  problems  beyond their immediate capability. This explication is better  clarified when we refer to the word .Truly speaking for us not to be deceived , the destiny  of man is in the service of fellow man .As a general ministry of man it is not peculiar to any man .That the destiny of every man is in the  service of every reflects the extent to which human capability can control future hitherto uncontrollable events and the joint responsibility of mankind making effort toward this great service .It means human capability to control the risk of general fatality ,universal eventuality and prosperity  which are directly future related  somewhat uncontrollable events  whose risk in general does not exceed human capability to control its mystical phenomenon  .This is possible only  in the unity of mankind  unctioned in the public service and the distinguished service of the sworn oath of human existence .We are destined to survive together  and that is the greatest  mission of mankind in the accord of  mother nature  .

Therefore no man is destined alone to survive without the help of his fellow man .In this guise , man lives on a daily basis to  subconsciously  to observe the preservation of this oath of service . Unfortunately as bellyful and bellyaching as we are of this oath ,human sentiments and rational vacuity betrays us of our moral sense of responsibility and justice needed in the true observance of that priceless mission precious to the protection of our integrity as earthlings .Consequently ,the destiny of mankind  is polluted,smeared  and heavily misrepresented as we do utmost disservice to the great unity required to promote that universal ministry.Our destiny speaks of our time and our true destiny is collective destiny in contrast to diffussionist-critics  community which  subscribes to  parochial pursuit with propensity to preserve self-interest of these disgruntled elements as panacea to preservation of human freedom and wealth  maximization .Mordern capitalism as it were  over the centuries and till date  is still cunningly responsible for this degeneracy of moral psychedelism.In this regard ,we are not spared of the economic ,political and social storms bedeviling human society .This is linked to the polarization of destiny of man –a great disservice that strengthens its brawl on the missing general  unity of mankind .How do we return our lost collectivity ?As it is to return fugitives sent to exile and parched places of the earth requires return of this unity .

Empirical evidences abound that no man can survive on its own and infact self preservation and self interest cannot  truly survives without  preservation  of  social interest .I n other words , our  individual destiny on a per capital basis is possible only to the extent at which social interest  is amortized or collective destiny is amortized.We owe a lot to our mutual existence and environmental  welfare –a notion that social Darwinists have often lampooned  as the rantings of an ant-a derogatory remarks so remorseless as ages unwind their sails in the 21^st century .We have long betrayed our collective destiny in pursuit of ruinous parochial prejudices and the catchword often perennially is ‘’every man for himself and not destiny for us’’Until we return to the sworn oath of our existence ,there shall be no end  to the storm upon storm in the society of man .

As aspiring mind aspires and desires to climb the ladder as entrenched with its manifold headaches  and never ending  hardy climates ,it is apposite to observe that the tasky voyage of climbing the ladder cannot be merely possible without the service of fellow man including sterling capabilities needed in contributing time ,labour and sweat to the fortunate man on the success ladder .Succesful achievers have consistently indulged in the customs of stolen time needed for the general fortune of mankind tapping into the riches of the labour and sweat of the fellow men  at their service .It is this sweat  and cumulative time wisely invested is responsible to the success of these great achievers .But those who sow do not truly labour and those who labour do not truly sow and those who do not truly labour reap all.

To a larger extent ,they have amassed stolen wealth using this fraudulent method  heavily swindling the labours ,sweats and exploitation of quality time of vision-less laborers  and clueless mankind .The buccaneers and bilkers of egalitarian freedom hardly  desired for a change ,heavily bent on  protecting the statusquo ,not reinventing the wheel fiercely resisting the new order that might seek to challenge vested interest .Destiny is a first class at hand  if properly identified and uncovered by willing art  and as ambitiously aligned to future unpredictable events is the responsibility of those with sharp acumen .The purpose of universal human solidarity could easily accelerate attainment .We are not  what we are and what we claim we are is still shrouded in secrecy and a fickle until our purpose for living is identified .Until we identify our roots- the golden destiny Indeed ,collective efforts and recognition of the destiny of mankind calls for service and lies in the service of man to man –a unified common bond of our mutual existence .It appears insane for a particulalr group ,tribe or race of man to parochialise critical issues central to our dear mutual existence largely impugn social interest in favour of selfinterest driven human destiny .

The truth is –mortals are parochial paranoid and  irrational animals though sometimes rational enough to realize the  service of fellow man to every man critical to their success  and triumphant capabilities on the success ladder .Ever part of us  as individuals is destined for the larger part of the whole body of mankind –a position that might not be possible centuries and thousands of years ago  in America or the whole world .

 Cacophonously  one expects   that time is ripe –appointed ready for speedy harvest .  For the umpteenth time no destiny can be fulfilled without confession of the artist,divination , oracles ,incantation and the maintenance of  spiritual  and cultural efforts of thy fellow men .To the most grateful artist ,when it is fulfilled ,such cadence is noted with the satisfaction that goes with the aertist in question .To stop the bling-bling posturing in favour of human destiny –so to say which does not augur well in the true economics  of human safety and social interest preservation  or general welfare of mankind . The mobilization of the former must be so streamlined in its selfless service to observe the collectivism  and collectivistic  optimal  value of  wealth in the general  maximization of  destiny of mankind .To a larger extent ,one cageys relatively  so to say is mankind biggest Achilles heels and a blind sport .How do we mobilise   blandishment to quell this blench if need be  and the perpetual degeneracy of moral bland and  cultural apathy that defiles its zeal  and muster motive ?

Nobody protects social interest, no economic political ,social and cultural system did ,had we done so would have lived in a world free of crisis and wars .Understanding the  gravity   of social interest  and lack of communion between self interest often contaminated by artistic abuse and social interest if need  be can be a lasting panacea to this never –ending scourge of public malaise .

Strategic thinking is a broad range  road map and long range views  and polished thought with long term planning outlook of battering war and crisis to a decisive  ends.This principally uses human mind and thoughts  to skillfully and scientifically artifice good logical conclusion as fulfillment of purposes of intended ends .While instituting a cause and a course of action ,creative imagination functions only within its logical premise .In a concise analysis , we aptly observe the following  words as suitable in a  proper definition. Words such as strategy , creativity, imagination, and thinking. Require proper dissection.

Here we go-Strategy according to Oxford Dictionary Of Current English is ‘’a plan designed  to achieve a particular long term aim or the art of directing  and planning a military activity in a battle or war. ‘’.Two, the word Creative ‘is the ability to produce or producing new and original ideas , or resulting from newness or expression.It means innovation, inventiveness, or ability to generate new ideas.Imagination as the act of imagining or something imagined not real is to form a bright picture in the mind to suppose or have an idea especially mistakenly without proof –an hypothesis .Imaginativity implies formation of an imaginary pictures or things-an artistic forms of expression deployed at producing new form of innovation .Thinking simply means thoughtfulness, reasoning –the act of human thought to produce  an idea as factory of innovation and creativity .It is the mother and best form of human and psychological therapies ever known to man .Practically and theoretically ,it has no comparison.

Going by the above definition and moral appeal without an activity ,a struggle a research process ,a study and knowledge inquiry involving activities of mental exercise ,their use of objective computation and problem solving cannot be impossible because they come in handy once self discovery process commences. We cannot say for sure in the order of sequence which part of this mental exercise  comes first as driver at every berth of human traditional activity and problem  solving  project . But  one  is  sure  which comes first in the application of  effect and then cause .This is much more important. Should we use the nomenclatures  as embodied  and implied , creative imagination of course does not  function alone but within the chronological order and logical premise of strategic thinking . Strategic thinking is the broadest and held within its confine a stranglehold of self discovery process and the  apex  moral prerogative in the destiny virtual cycle-DVC.

It could be absurd to assume that enthusiasm can function without passion and faith but to some extent .In that sense a form of immature enthusiasm or irrational enthusiasm or spatial enthusiasm with root in the space. Until it  is well organized with root in the ground  following its order of sequence –faith ,passion and enthusiasm or irrational enthusiasm or sensation ,it could be dangerous .Its  potential advantage however  lies in open up Self Discovery Process with itself feeding on an activity or a knowledge search .SDP generally opens up the mental exercise and in most cases ,it happens subconsciously-that is they are not planned especially in the predestined elements .We experience and experiment it too  easily on a daily basis but they become meaningful or valuable when a certain level of human progress is experienced .It cannot be disputed yet we are baffled by it and we hardly know it nor interrogate what happens at every inch of the interval .

So irrational or unrefined enthusiasm can be fed by study ,a research  etc feeding and opening  up the   SDP .This is magical feat that happens so easily to us even in mind recess and after a considerable level of success or progress has been achieved ,both creative imagination –CIM and strategic thinking -STI  are leveraged in the order of precedence . First,  CIM as the pathfinder or truth-finder comes up first to apply an effect which opens up the new innovation or introduction of new initiatives and direction .A study under sheer enthusiasm driven by moral inquisition can identify a problem during the course of research but cannot introduce a solution not to talk of  devising  a problem solving technique .This is not possible without the absolute potency and superiority complex of  CIM .Even with this solution  itself hypothetical requires an intensive moral auditing that questions economic sense or its viability .This is left to strategic thinking to determine fully engaged in another round of study .This broadens the somewhat earlier sallow study that requires polishing questioning and critiquing and challenging the quality of imaginary artistic solution provider .This also including the quantity of solution responses and expected impacts but also come out with a better alternatives and detailed plan –a long term reasonable plan of action of how such economically viable solution can be introduced and also adopted in transit from its spirituality of mental exercise including action plans to solve the problems whittled down to a tangible evidence . So strategic thinking encourages ,regulates and coordinates all components assets of a mental exercise bridging between SDP till fulfillment ,bringing out their best potentials , giving them direction and absolute competence over chaos climate that DVC ordinarily intends to overcome  .

As creative imagination explores the fields of study throwing up one solution over the other and subject to  critiques of a pathfinder ,it is the role of the broad planner to further and broaden  the research  activity and see how relevant they are in the strictest sense of  the study including coordination of the irrational sensation into the next level. Over time ,CIM sometimes reduces in momentum  especially in a climate in which experienced policy makers and strategic thinkers are found to quickly correct glaring imbalances in the mutation or propositions  .In a matured climate as SDP advances or in a  post-SDP period CIM tends to give way or declines in relevance as creative competencies grow learning  from applied principles and empiricism and strategic thinking assumes stronger role. The long walk towards self discovery is worth taking .Our welfare and epochmaking and intent-profiling  politics largely depends on it –the very identity of mankind  under sun .If we are wise at it we benefit forever and if we scoff at it we suffer dearly  the consequences that  generations to come would invariably live to tell the ugly story .It is more than what we see or notice during our struggles of Self discovery .

Self discovery uncovers your person but not possible without SDP  .I n this context , SDP is a process of fulfillment building and fulfillment capacity-building ,encouraging and strengthening your discovery -a process of freedom vanguard ,image making devising, strategic  reputation building ,per capital brand building and general capacity building of the individual competences as leeway to undertake talent discovery or destiny discovery and unleash a viable project laden with effective problem solving techniques .SD  in general  reveals who we are ,what we are and what we shall be or intended be or meant to be  and where we are headed or desired to be .It can be perfected through its process that begins or opens up  by SD leveraging  itself under influx or coercion of unpolished enthusiasm .We discover who we are when  we desire to be transformed and a transformation of what we are is a function of what we make it and what we believe tied to VVL benchmark .

Self discovery –a lifetime perpetual exercise breathes new life into human drive transforming the individual or gives birth or rebirth to transformed individuals. First , self discovery uses human will and psychological assets such as emotion to interpret and breathe  waves  of  new life into a formerly misinformed and malformed but later  an informed mind .This transformed element is a major beneficiary of the process  that can alter status position ,boost life standard and human identity forever and a disrepute if otherwise impugned .Those who live a satisfied life and everyone who is fulfilled is one way or the other  a mutual beneficiary of the early mutation period of SDP .By mere incorporation in to the  early mutation –where you uncover your purpose] of the  process ,a satisfied life not necessarily affluence predisposed has been their lot .No regret no remorse for the past  but it must be a glorious  memory .That is what you called a satisfied life  on the basis of the artist in question but when subject to critique by third party assessments ,ratings could be mixed .

We are what we are today because of the previous choices we made years ago  and it may also determine the status of our generation to come .It is no guarantee of future self that may come with better  and more rational choices .Our identity today  is a reflection of our past  choices and signifies that the only panacea to human change in the  nearest  future is how far he or  she can go altering those choices and decisions. We cannot be better than our past unless we have changed the present for the future. The long walk towards freedom is the long walk toward self discovery. It optimizes the search  of all homosapiens  for a true identity .We cannot afford to play false with  the central determinant of  human universal progress. At this valley or mountain man is worse off or well off as the case maybe.

We are the reason for the existence of our nation and the beautiful bride of a city set on the hill. We are responsible for its integrity only if we discover the   very meaning of our existence  in our true calling for nation building .The glory of a nation we know lies in the history of a nation and the glory of history lies in the richness and richest mines unfolded in  the discovery of the  destiny of its people .We cannot see more than what we desire and we can only take actions according to the choices we make .Until every man can fight a good fight of faith in that great course in which they believe in ,until  one can battle the teething problems facing mankind as a whole ,there shall be no solution to the general problem  of mankind   .We fight according to the choices we make according to our belief and capability and we banter according to what we know .It is the limit of human stardom –that no man can rise above he knows .

To succeed in our voyage of self discovery ,requires learning massive learning ,consistent research ,extensive reading and listening to informed people and perpetually engrossed in intensive study with the possible favour of  a slight caress  of mother-luck .This could be tasky voyage   depending on the climate of learning including public criticism  laden with strategic thinking ,intuitive faculty and creative imagination at its best .With time ,the long walk towards self discovery would be successful.Man in general as  the artist in question  and determinant  of the nature of universal justice society desires  could be a burden,a liability as well as an asset in this regard .The road to self discovery is a  long but short cut path towards our universal destiny and a panacea to total human freedom  .

The integrity of human person lies in the freedom of human person which itself is interred in how  successful  self discovery can be.The walk of destiny is a long walk of freedom .Self discovery brokers freedom and only freedom alone can it give to  an enslaved mind .Man is battling with lifelong bondage and a prisoner of thought in the ambivalence of arts .OUR GREAT  WALK  IS LIKE A WALK IN THE PARK ,a promenade in the public square. It is a long walk full of nightmares in the great busy and lonely streets that we grew up with .Our experience in a typical  stroll in the park or in the street of the alien or of our acquaintance is the same as a long tiring walk of freedom .The great journey of self discovery like human life is devised by mothernature to be traveled only once by  every artist in question .Unfortunately ,this most precious journey is a journey that most men as sojourners in a strange-earth never btake in a lifetime.

It is tied to our potential utility as credible homosapiens and precious earthbound creatures oriented to advance our purpose on earth.-a journey that most men under sun subconsciously cursed themselves never to take .Everyone who detest egalitarian norms and charitable gesture  and impugn  eleemosynary predilection  in the great search for universal justice falls into this category knowingly or unknowingly making life worse than they met it.It is common all over the world .Imagine the majority  poor who falls into this category –a double tragedy including a growing population of the rich and the elite-how pitiable are they ?

Given the growing rate of perpetual inactivity ,modern society is worst off and numerous social  unmet challenges  escalated like wild fire .Man does not know more than he can chew and even what he know truly well can be denied a breathing space .Thus ends up with protecting   his status quo –enslaved  mind and most people died in that condition unable to break that modus operandi and consanguinity .Does it profit for mankind to be imprisoned by his ignorance of the very ministry or calling assigned to him?Of course we  agree  Man looses and die in that ignorance and buried in the trash of history .When he dies ,he dies with that great skills and potentials  that may not be bestowed or found in the next generation and even beyond .Although the next generation may be lucky to discover this destiny yet may be unlucky to be bestowed with same competences as the previous generation who fails uncover that great destiny .

This is what I call ‘’The failure of shared destiny’’ OR ‘’The cost implication of Destiny payback ‘’.So many people are living someone else  life without living their own life due to such implication. When there is a  clear cut  out standings of destiny payback or cumulative debt of unfinished  work of a  previous generation ,it is left to the coming generation who might be lucky to uncover their purpose and  might also be lucky to pay this debt .This is called ‘’Destiny Pay Back Chain Cycle ‘’-DPBCC –that the debt of a failed generation is paid by the previous generation but unfortunately failure persists when two thirds obligation of every generation failed to be prosecuted and debt piled up. Since every generation has a duty and saddled with main role of generational transformative  process-GTP  ,the main challenge is how to overcome  this cost implication. Consequently ,the long tiring walk towards freedom that most never lived to complete ,keep setting back  development process or GTP and piling upon outstanding .

The only panacea  to amortize the DPBCC out standings is  destiny  pay back and then destiny payback insurance DP assurer – a condition in which  successive  generation  who discovers their purpose live long enough to pay this debt of a previous squandered generation  .  That means their own might be sacrificed or set aside for such fulfillment and consumed in the payback process. Man ‘s destiny sometimes in this context can be make-believe  and most men may be living someone’s life .There is no cause for alarm in such discretion ,that is problem solving .So it is justified to say  that the fate of everyman is tied in the fate of every man or neighbor .

A vast number of people from generation to generation  is caught in this huge mess of destiny payback.The drag is tiring and sometimes it could even be roll over to decades or thousands of years or from first to second or third generation or so to say several times depending on the circumstances from one age to the other . Those who discover may not even be lucky to complete the task at hand left to another generation to discover again and fulfill . So three generations in this instance  is involved in the hypothetical payback cycle.Note that the pile up is the problem –social debt or out standings  left unpaid by cumulative obligations of previous generations .

We can see that individual destiny is a  fluke or a fickle and collective destiny better accommodates a lasting pedigree for the survival and progress of man .For it to attain relevance must work hard towards the protection and promotion of the latter to which in most cases , the self interest doctrines that supplants it  to a larger extent  also  tends to betray.As a collective thing its artifice  that  rests  largely on the DP process is  also justified by it .Perhaps, the  3^rd  generation  that is fortunate to uncover the destiny may be lucky also to finish or get the work done .But if the 2^nd generation in DPBCC  were lucky to get the work done –not just merely uncover it and the 3^rd generation with less burden chooses to halt its continuity ?In that circumstance I call it Destiny Pay Back Downturns –DPD-a great contributor also to general destiny guillotines Cycle –DGC.DGC-a cycle of destiny destroyer - is a leeway or brother to the burial ground that word greatest motivational speakers have said or described as the richest territory of the world and not the richest mines of the middle east .

It doesn’t really matter whether some people particularly control it at a time  but the little you have you can share .The easiest thing for a man who is lost in the discovery process  to uncover his purpose is to develop  passion for something especially sharing of knowledge to transform  mankind .It’s pretty quite simple .Don’t you get it ?

If we do this ,we simplify subconsciously the self discovery process and save our selves theft of  time associated with DGC-often a lifetime byzantine that many may not solve. We  are the salvation that we earnestly wait for and desire .We are the change that we  seek  and the favour of change belongs to the work at hand and the work that gets done .We are the very paradise and heaven  that we long to live .It is right there inside us and the main problem is how to get them out .Our  golden destiny and its mantle is our collective wealth and a common resource as a universal apparel to  clothe ourselves  as mankind in the walk of destiny as the great walk of freedom .It is more than good walk in a park in which humanity as one indelible and indivisible element of the family of man work together for a purpose in the great ministry of self discovery and destiny fulfillment. That is one great treasure in which we all subscribe to –an enduring value that can stand the test of time .

This alone is the ministry .Let us not be deceived and this ministry of salvation  unknowingly popularly known as civilization of mankind in which we all have been called to serve.Mankind in general  subscribe to this creed and every man woman ordained as priests ,clergies ,prophet  and prophetess ,monks and nuns in this great service .No divisible element, no monopoly of knowledge ,no inferiority complex and no yawning gap between the rich and the poor as to the socializing ethics through which they are meant to be deployed. Indeed ,it is a long tiring walk of freedom .Every man is suppose to know where he belong ,knowing fully well ,how to use his instincts to tell which direction he should go at a time .This is possible without the help of a soothsayer ,a stargazer , a palmist ,and prophet or through inward divination or sheer diabolic incantation of oracles. It communicates  deep down to the depth  within us .This helps save the dying souls and touch us deeply including fellow men  around us and those with immediate need .

Infact ,for everyone who is lucky to discover his or her purpose ,also requires egalitarian efforts of the third parties ,to actualize those dreams OR SOMETIMES OR TO A LARGER EXTENT exploitative by the artist in question  or probably , revisiting the pains and pang of the pre-diffusionist era or infusionists  pattern  predating the predated.Where apprenticeship complaints of  intimidation and repression are ignored , might not save the adherents  but  further  cry out intensively  offers a lasting relief  .  .It is a common trend  which we are all  living witnesses  and this trend is what I call –Destiny Coalition aggression  or Destiny Exploitation Convergence –DCs/DECs Destiny Discovery Repression DDR . Almost every artist in question is a culprit of some sorts and once diffusionism   starts to apply is bound to multiply aggression and repression  .This term cannot succeed without Destiny Consensus in which contended arts and consensus partners  have decided to help each other in the form of partnership, associates and a host of other philanthropist gestures .This happened after uncovering their purpose.Its  merits include-;Inspire each other ;accelerate the calling ;reduce pursuit-mission cost ;provide logistics and create enabling climate for the destiny fulfillment.  

These are the objectives of destiny consensus in which like minds and people with same interest have decided to influence each other positively taking a common stand ,having uncovered their purpose ,working towards  the achievement of their goals. It is beneficial and  open to all mankind as destiny participants especially in a conference of thoughts though   much more beneficial to the diffusionists with a higher level  of economic freedom and  to a lesser extent the infusionists  with less economic freedom who still more or less undergo apprenticeship, or as salaried workforce may be pent up or bent to struggle till retirement to live on pension .Under a  standard norm of destinology , it is regarded as  a wasted life when measured by time values and competency impact depreciation  .The infusionists are gutted  in spiritual serfdom  and psychologically imprisoned on the  acrimonious edge of destiny coalition aggression of the capitalists  and the humiliating precipice of a career life.Not all humanity are freed we know it is a gospel truth . A salaried workforce is a typical sample  and the worst  form and the most humiliated element of the infusionists-repressed league-IRL ,  much less of an  artisaned –apprentice  expected to gain freedom in the immediate future .

Consequently with the alarming growth of the infusionists repressed league –IRL ,most especially  the salaried workforce therefore indicates  that  a larger spectrum of mankind potentially squandered in a lifetime  is consumed by  destiny payback –DPBCC or high destiny mortality chain effect –HDMCE/HIDEMOCE .Almost every man is involved in the omnibus program me of DEC and still a major platform for skill acquisition , competence building  ,career moulding  and  a mysterious means of achieving  one own callings under sun .By the mere virtue of modern slavery ,every man is poised to achieve living and probably attain his purpose . A destiny team so to say a destiny actualization  team –DAT is a word  that modern capitalists now refer to as incorporation ,a firm,or a company or at best in a broader perspective can be called a capitalist consensus or an imperial consensus –a worst form of destiny consensus .

DAT communities functioning under imperial consensus  worldwide are modern slaves –a repackaged form of old slave trade and the most ideal medium to polish human competences  and uncover one’s purpose specifically for the most sensitive arts, visionary ,ambitious  and objective minds .To assume imperial consensus simply indicates that DAT works under pressure or willing duress to execute the vision of the capitalist –owner of the firm whose goals and vision are worshiped as gods and adopted as the very vision of the team ,struggling day and night through the investment of their  time ,its value and competences to fulfill ; in exchange for  stipends  and short lived remuneration. Every member of the team no matter their position is expected to devalue their self esteem, downgrade their life essence  and thus promotes  the integrity ,dignity and selfworth and reputation of their employers .They are jailed subconsciously as prisoner of conscience to do so and as prisoner of liberty  blindfolded to the fact of seeing the truth of  diffussionism as it were destroying a solid foundation that they would have laid for a lasting legacies while working for themselves .

Almost all the entire race of mankind functions under convergence of destiny coalition and destiny coalition enterprise respectively .We are created to compete to attain whatever we desire .For those not yet uncover their purpose or talent , the enterprise is a vital platform to work and slave-laboring to gain optimal skills and core competencies with which to defend themselves . These are the major requirements to begin with in the long tiring walk of freedom-that is entrepreneurship is the key  .This long walk strengthens capacity building such as knowledge acquisition , technology transfer  and competency developments .There must be an avenue to achieve in this general struggle empowering educational institutions , apprenticeship and artisan retraining and a host of other platforms to promote this context .This boost the capacity of the self discovery process –SDP.

SDP opens the channel for the development of entrepreneurial skills of  the great and potential achievers using the platforms to develop those skills and competencies needed  as may be suitable for the pursuit of their calling and thus achieve their destinies. Prior to apprenticeship  or after or even  during honing of skills ,the process  may be protracted and could mature or  accelerate using the impetus of necessity in any  of SDP interval periods  before or after .Such technology transfer happens only in most cases  in a destiny  coalition enterprise .

For those who properly understood the place of every man in history ,it is a natural law ,the convergence is required to last for a time and at maturity of certain competencies ,under-grooming ,fusion has to give in for a diffusion and breaking away of destiny coalitionists leaving the original men of destiny to continue his mission by reequipping new hands while letting go old and matured hands .So, maturity of competences and poor condition of service or maltreatment  of workforce can cause breaking away from destiny coalitionists. Critical issues such as contractual disagreement ;poor remuneration ;expiration of apprenticeship period or its tenure of service ;falling out of destiny coalitionists ‘ring with the disgruntled infusionists ;welfare threats of service against the infusionists are some of the worst militating and humiliating factors that accelerate break away of difusionists  and possible disintegration and contraction  of  coalitionists community . 

The contraction of the previous generation  and community of the deviationists or coalitionists ordinarily leads to the formation of new league of coalitionists as previously repressed infusionists revisit similar offence with which they have been humiliated by the previous gang of coalitionists –capitalists on the society at large  .The expansion of the new DCCs is to be led by these new diffusionists who broke apart citing the above humiliating factors who make bold the declaration about the new direction of the history of their people ,nation and society .They tend to advance the general destiny enterprise than the majority non diffusionists –an insensitive and non-objective followership. Irrespective of later deviationism and increasing cost of destiny payback ,diffussionism offers a meaningful platform  as destiny actualization vehicles  for great discovers of purpose and at maturity tends to pay back and reduce guillotines ‘s effects and its stampede on mankind in general.

As DCC expands ,SDP recruits also exponentially grows ,more people theoretically are suppose to discover their purpose as they face challenges in that great institution of formative age and formative justice –GIFFJ/GIFFOJ.Sensitive minds,rational wills  and objective arts profited largely  from this platform which are basically scarce resources in the developing countries  .It is a matter of necessity  that as they perfect their skills and mature in competencies using the humiliating factors ,ordinarily condition has to give way to diffusionism.This allows  new  generation of capitalist-coalitionists to emerge as they acclimatize to eat same excreta as the previous generation of DCCs.

At appointed time ,a man may looses satisfaction in the enterprise and ready to quit service .or due to some noted factors above , expansion accelerates and  old guard unwinds  for the new guards to continuously repeat  same error in similar fashion .This is destiny coalition cycle –DCC  -a  magical spells  under which the world entire labour-force is consumed  and thrived .

The entire race of mankind is remunerated    under  its reward system .The essence of diffusionism is for the splitting away of disgruntled elements for the production of new vision ,new destiny and rolling over of destiny in its terms of originality mongering under its injection of fresh blood  .This does not exclude its ability to contract and expand destiny payback .Such rise and fall is determined by the  rise and fall of new population of diffussionists  as the battle for the soul of freedom gathers pace   worldwide.  They are theoretically supposed to function under a conducive climate but in real terms or in practice it is not supposed to be so and the exploitation of hardy climate and inconvenient ecology is required for the exercise .

In the DCC  community ,for those who uncover their purpose and are satisfied with the competencies needed  to fight in  a hardy climate ,they  are hardly known to squander times and seasons to revenge   diffusionsm and then start a new lease of  life .A society is as sterile  as the level of its general destiny management profiling puts in place as a principal resource for the revitalization and reconfiguration of destiny enterprise .At low level of diffussionism , institutional and universal progress is stalled and the need for socio-economic change is frustrated and goon of destiny payback piles up its indebtedness and grow beyond control  even as an endless burden  and dire imprecation for future generation .This cannot be cured nor prevented  unless through rapid diffussionism  boosting mobilization of rapid technology transfer   .More importantly ,there should be a balance because at too high level of diffussionism , the entire enterprise of DCC community  stands the risk of  collapse .Indeed,the destiny of every man lies in the hands of every man and the rate of diffusionism will  tell how much of tomorrow is saved today for the beauty of same posterity.  

Diffussionists invariably believe it is to their credit that  the world trade has exponentially expanded  as they race towards safety of comfort zones and a without them is a world of slavery .As they equally dispatch their arts across the globe ushering in world freedom making the world a better place,new mantra of change bankrolls old vista .But as they grow older ,a new level of serfdom is added to the burden as they revisit similar offences  with which they were formerly humiliated on a new generation of infusionists  and world continues in that vicious cycle that has come to stay .There is a high level of unit destiny enterprise  or individually pursued destiny –a strong belief entertained by the diffussionists prior to becoming imperialists like old guard and imperial grand old master developing war of nerves as new generation of DCC community revisiting similar offences on new generation of infusionists  .

In a conference of destiny consensus parties comprising of pressure groups, political parties  , Civil Society groups,NGOs ,Charitable foundation ,Trade Unions and a host of other companies , associations,forums and alliances set up to promote collective interests ,the interests of the slave industrial surplus army under bondage of DCC community is supposed to be protected .This is not always easy as it  seems given the fact that the protection of this right of freedom in the long walk of destiny is heavily under siege .Even with all the efforts of  the organizations to defend the interests of the infussionists has often been found wanton.   Diffussionists  are wont to believe with a unit destiny enterprise ,dreams and destiny can easily be fulfilled or sky is not the limit .
